Our 1:1 programme is not delivered in a group setting. You work directly with us on a one-to-one basis, allowing for focused discussion, detailed analysis, and questions specific to your circumstances—without the distractions of group environments.
What does the 12-month 1:1 programme involve?
The programme runs over 12 months and is designed to support you from strategy through to execution. Throughout the year, you are guided through sourcing, analysing, structuring, financing, and completing your own block of flats.
Will I be supported through a real purchase?
Yes. The programme is built around practical execution. You are hand-held through the process of acquiring your own block of flats, ensuring each decision is understood and applied correctly in real-world conditions.
How is the 1:1 programme structured?
The programme begins with an intensive three-week learning phase to build strategic and technical understanding. This is followed by six one-hour 1:1 sessions scheduled around the purchase of your block, providing focused guidance at key stages of the transaction.
Who is this strategy not suitable for?
This strategy is not suitable for investors who do not have at least £100,000 readily available to invest, or for those seeking a passive or purely theoretical learning experience. It is also not designed for individuals who are unwilling to work closely with a mentor or leverage a proven power team to guide execution.
