The sourcing service is available exclusively to alumni and mentees who have completed our 1:1 programme and demonstrated a strong understanding of title splitting. This ensures opportunities are shared with investors who are prepared to assess and execute deals effectively.
How are the properties sourced?
Blocks of flats are sourced through a combination of online platforms, offline relationships, and our established off-market network. Many opportunities are not publicly advertised and are accessed through long-standing agent and vendor relationships.
What analysis is carried out before a deal is shared?
Each opportunity undergoes detailed deal analysis prior to distribution. This includes purchase pricing, funding assumptions, refurbishment cost estimates, projected values, and a clearly defined exit strategy. Only deals that meet our criteria are progressed.
Do you visit and negotiate on the properties?
Yes. We carry out site visits and negotiate directly with sellers or their representatives. Negotiations are focused on securing favourable pricing and terms, ensuring the deal works in practice as well as on paper.
How are opportunities shared with mentees and alumni?
Once finalised, opportunities are fully packaged with clear supporting figures and shared via email and our exclusive sourcing WhatsApp group. This allows qualified alumni and mentees to review opportunities promptly and act decisively.
